01 What is DTF Printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing is an advanced technique that prints vibrant, full-color designs onto film, which are then heat-pressed onto garments. It provides smooth, durable, and highly elastic prints across all fabric colors.
02 Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums! Whether you need a single print for a sample or thousands of prints on gang sheets, HDtees&tops handles orders of all sizes seamlessly.
03 What file format should I upload?
We strongly recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background saved at 300 DPI. Vector formats like AI, PDF, or SVG are also welcomed.
04 How long does it take to process my order?
Standard processing takes 1–3 business days. Fast turnaround and expedited shipping options are available at checkout when you need urgent fulfillment.
05 What fabrics can DTF transfers be applied to?
DTF transfers stick cleanly onto 100% cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, nylon, canvas, denim, and performance activewear.
06 Can I order custom DTF gang sheets?
Yes! Use our custom gang sheet builder to group multiple graphics onto one sheet for maximum material savings and cost efficiency.
07 What if there's a problem with my order?
We guarantee print quality. If you spot any manufacturing defect or issue with your order, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will re-print or resolve it promptly.
