At HDtees&tops, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF printing, custom DTF gang sheets, ready-to-press DTF transfers, custom T-shirts, hoodies, and premium custom apparel. Every order is produced specifically for each customer, so we encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

 

Returns

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect artwork or design submitted by the customer

  • Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings

  • Orders that have already been printed or shipped

Please double-check your order details, artwork, and shipping information before placing your order.

 

 

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing issue, or you receive the wrong product, we're here to help.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged during production

  • The print quality is defective

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect order

  • Your order was incomplete

To request assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

 

How to Submit a Claim

To help us resolve your request quickly, please email us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will carefully review your claim and respond as soon as possible.

 

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once your order has entered production or has been printed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded because every product is custom-made specifically for you.

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Custom DTF Gang Sheets

  • Custom DTF Transfers

  • Ready-to-Press DTF Transfers

  • Custom T-Shirts

  • Custom Hoodies

  • Personalized Apparel

  • Bulk & Wholesale Orders (unless defective)

 

 

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
