Heat Press Instructions
How to Apply Your DTF Transfers
Follow these simple instructions to achieve the best results with your DTF transfers. Using the correct heat press settings ensures a vibrant, durable, and long-lasting print.
Before You Start
Before pressing, make sure:

Garment is clean and dry

Heat press is set to the correct temperature

Pressing surface is flat and even
-
Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles

Note: Heat press settings may vary depending on your machine and fabric. Always test before large production runs.
Application Steps
Step 1 – Position the Transfer
Place the DTF transfer on the garment with the printed side facing down in the desired location.
Step 2 – Heat Press
Press at 300°F (150°C) using medium to firm pressure for 10–15 seconds.
Step 3 – Let It Cool
Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling the film.
Step 4 – Cold Peel
Slowly peel the carrier film away from the garment.
Step 5 – Final Press
Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds. This improves durability and gives the print a smooth, professional finish.
Washing Instructions
To keep your custom apparel looking its best:

Wait 24 hours before the first wash

Wash garments inside out

Use cold water

Use a mild detergent

Do not use bleach
-
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry

Do not iron directly on the printed design
