Order Processing

Most orders are processed after payment has been received and all artwork or design details have been approved.

Because many of our products are custom-made, production begins only after your order has been confirmed.

Typical processing times vary depending on:

• Current production schedule

Estimated production times will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Locations

HDtees&tops currently ships throughout Canada. If you require shipping outside Canada, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options are presented during checkout, when available. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information if it is available for your shipment.

Shipping Costs

Custom Products

Most of our products, including custom T-shirts, hoodies, DTF transfers, and custom stickers, are made specifically for each order. Production time is required before shipment, so custom orders may take longer than ready-made products.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

HDtees&tops is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
