Custom Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, logos, and designs are accurate and ready for printing.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.

  • The artwork does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • HDtees&tops is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files, including spelling, sizing, colors, or image quality.

 

 

Product Quality

We take great care to produce high-quality DTF printing and custom apparel. However, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to screen settings, fabric characteristics, or the printing process. These minor differences are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, carrier operations, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, most orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
